Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because he was inspired by his father who was his band director while in school. He started working on pianos in February 1952, during his 10th grade year of high school.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Dennis played the coronet in a college band and the trumpet in a symphony orchestra. He builds custom harpsichords, rebuilds both pump and pipe organs in churches and plays the piano. He has repaired pianos for Lecia Del Arocha, Gina Bachauer, Glen Gould, Dave Brubeck, Victor Borge, Van Cliburn, Chicago, Blood Sweat and Tears and David Clayton Thomas.
