He became involved in his profession because he took a government test after leaving the military, and has been working with them ever since.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Petersen is a Vietnam veteran. He served in the army from 1965 to 1975 and upon leaving, he had earned the rank of lieutenant colonel. He also served in the army reserves from 1975 to 1995. He has also published an article in Infantry Magazine on the topic of training methodology. He has five children and eight grandchildren.

Acting as Liaison between Contractors and Finance, Reviewing Contracts for Computer Work, Ensuring that the Government is Receiving Proper Work for the Proper Pay, Certifying Invoices
