Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The highlight of his career was being blessed with the promotion to serve the citizens of Lake Charles as the Airport Deputy Director for Chennault. This new position affords me the opportunity to be a part of the economic development, job creation, public interface and marketing of not only Chennault, but, the City of Lake Charles and State of Louisiana.

He attributes his success to his religious faith, hard work, military training and drive, along with the support he receives from his church, family, executive director and board of commissioners.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because of his passion for the aviation and aerospace industry. He grew up near and airport and wanted to be involved in a field that was always changing.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Ware is a hard charging airport manager, recognized LEAN/Six Sigma expert, economist and ISO-driven manager. On a daily basis he is working with government, corporate, and community economic development offices to better his airport and community. While focusing on such matters he stays committed to aviation, environmental, and health and safety management and compliance. Chennault International Airport Authority is the largest industrial airport in the United States and has a runway that is 10,700 feet long. The airport works with two major companies in the aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) industry, Aeroframe and Northrop Grumman, and on a daily basis services the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, and Coast Guard. In addition, the airport works with domestic, international, private and commercial companies and pilots conducting chartered flights, cargo and freight deliveries, and industrial services, transiting, or performing flight training. Anthony’s strategic focus is on transportation, aviation and aerospace.

Mr. Ware's philosophy in being successful during challenging times is to continue to learn new skills and methods. - “I am always learning and I have found that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. published in the Morehouse College Student Paper, The Maroon Tiger, in 1947 that I really relate to. What I have taken from that article and applied to my work ethic everyday is that: The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. It takes a hunger to feed and expand your mind, intelligence, curiosity, plus character - that is the goal of true education.”
