What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
He attributes his success to persistence and his determination to be successful and make a project work. His belief lies strongly in practical practice.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because he always wanted to play with water and keep his hands in the dirt. His vocational drive was to have an outside job, which led to irrigation and aircraft pavement. He wanted to continue his education and decided having taken this path, that it was a logical progression for him to continue his education and pursue a profession in engineering. He progressed to aircraft pavement and always being in hydraulics with water seemed to be a natural fit.
