She became involved in her profession after visiting a facility that specialized in bookbinding; she developed an interest and decided to pursue it as a career.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Drapeau, prior to becoming an expert in bookbinding, was an accomplished pianist. She is an innovator in the craft of bookbinding, being renowned throughout Canada for her contributions to the craft of professional bookbinding. Ms. Drapeau has received grants through out her career, as well as numerous awards from various institutions, in order to continue her research and developing new concepts in bookbinding.
