The most gratifying aspects of her career are that she has been privileged to experience so many international contexts that allowed her to grow and develop into the person she is today. Any personal accomplishments have been possible by persevering through difficulties in the belief that the human spirit will eventually triumph and global prosperity is attainable. Professionally, she is most proud of her business Global Leadership Associates and the difference it has made for workers and managers to grow personally and professionally. From an educational standpoint, she is proud of her doctoral degree, which was a grueling but worthwhile experience. From a personal standpoint, it is her four children have grown into outstanding young adults who are contributing in many creative ways to the betterment of the world.

Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because her parents were immigrants, and she saw a need for educational and training services devoted to intercultural learning. She decided a number of years ago that she had the experience and education to strike out on her own as an entrepreneur and she has never looked back.
