She became involved in her profession after retiring from a 40-year career as a corporate manager. She recognized an opportunity, and used her skill set and years of experience to found Daltosur S.R.L.
Extended Bio Profile:
In 1976, Ms. Fulgueira, became the first female chief executive officer of a multinational company located in Bolivia. In 1990, she accomplished the same in Argentina, and in 1995, she became the first Latin American female director of a multinational company.
