Ms. Kowalski has 20 years of experience in assisting small businesses and communities to connect to customers and community members. Her first project was with Human Resources Canada; she created a program for entrepreneurs and brought in coaches. She also has experience as an elected official. She has served on the community council school board, and worked with community foundations and municipalities.
