Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession as a result of her years of experience in various media and corporate roles. Her company was born out of working in events, public relations, radio and managing advertising. She also used her skills and formal education in law and business, journalism, business management, public relations and marketing, events and artist management, to gain clients before going freelance as a consultant. She has also held a corporate post in hospitality, finance and advertising. Prior to this, in her student years, she was the social club secretary and was responsible for many charitable and social events.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Morris has many years of experience in various media and corporate roles. Her company has services varied clients, including major media events such as the "UK Urban All Stars" in Leicester Square; the Urban Music Awards (UMAs) in Covent Gardens, UK; the Fashion Awards in Bayswater; and Tarmac’s "USA Artist" private party in Ten Rooms, to name a few. Heaven Sent Consultancy has a very skilled events team and can manage all areas from front of house through guest lists, green rooms, backstage and on stage management, grand hall seating and organization, and the general coordination of all suppliers and deliveries. This enables clients to have one central base to contact instead of dealing with different, interested parties.
Previously, Ms. Morris was a manager for a PR company that worked alongside MOBOs. During this post, many of the company activities were focused on celebrity recording artists such as Shaggy, Sean Paul, Joe, and Usher, to name some of their clientèle, whom they took on a Tour to Africa.
