Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she was inspired by the people who treated her one on one when she was suffering with a neck problem following an automobile accident. Becoming an osteopath was a career change for her.

Ms. Phillips was the first osteopath in the world to use powered spinal mobilization, which is a revolutionary treatment for back and neck pain, scoliosis, whiplash, injuries and prolapsed discs. Dubbed "the bionic hand," this treatment can rejuvenate spines and relieve a lot of suffering. Ms. Phillips has been featured in the Financial Times, Daily Express, Daily Mail, and women's and health magazines. She is scheduled to help the manufacturers at the February 2012 Back Show at the London Olympia. Ms. Phillips, who originally trained in psychology, worked as a counselor and appeared in a BBC program on counseling. She has also worked as a project manager for Control Data Institutes and as a training manager at the London Stock Exchange. She has found that treating people one on one and alleviating their physical pain is what she likes best.
