Currently, she also works as program director and consultant for Henley Business School, where she is launching a new music program, Nexus, in October. The program allows MBA executives to provide feedback to assist young music and media businesses. Industry professionals believe that the program will help people that are entering the industry develop a strategic skill set. She will also be managing events, including Midem, Musexpo LA and ILMC. Henley Business school has been ranked number one in the world in student quality, one in breadth of alumni networks, two in potential to network and four in post-MBA salary. In 2011, she launched Sync in the City, which is synchronization services for artists, managers and labels. Previously, she worked for Avex Group Holdings and Seaside Music.
