Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Hale has carried out assignments at the project management or senior consultant level for major international clients and has been actively involved in both internal audit consultancy and in all phases of SOX project work. He has been responsible for developing process narratives and flow-charts, risk-control matrices and test plans, performing operational testing of controls to external audit requirements, preparing and executing remediation plans and implementing business process improvements for multiple processes. Mr. Hale has successfully managed projects for two clients, Del Monte and MapInfo through to full SOX compliance with no significant deficiencies. More recently, he has been involved with three Japanese SOX projects, including a worldwide pharmaceutical business, Astellas Pharma, where he carried a full quality assessment of their Japanese SOX documentation and a leading entertainment group in amusement facilities as well as Bandai Namco, where he managed the J-SOX projects through to full compliance with no significant deficiencies across their two main United Kingdom businesses. Mr. Hale has also managed a team preparing the European distribution business of Dell Computers for a corporate internal audit. His projects have been pan-European and he has been actively involved with teams working in the United Kingdom, Eire, Sweden and Germany for the United Kingdom, United States and Japanese-owned businesses.
