She attributes her success to her ability to understand the complex situations she is called upon to resolve, her practical experience of senior management roles in the highly competitive retail trade and her wide range of private, public and charity sectors she has worked with since forming Prime Objectives.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession due to her experiences and belief that a person's performance may have nothing to do with their potential if given the opportunity to learn.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Marsh conducted presentations at international conferences in America, Brazil, Europe, India, Egypt, Siberia and South Africa on topics such as improving performance for individual, team and organizational levels through customized solutions and facilitating strategic and transformational change projects. She has also worked as a marketing coordinator and staff development manager. She was responsible for the training and development of 4,000 staff members and was jointly responsible for 10,000 staff members. She is writing a book on her vast experiences titled 'A Bird's Eye View.' And ‘Spilling the Beans.’ In June 2009 she was invited to lecture at Cambridge University as part of a master's degree course in a session entitled 'A Question of Perspective is your Message Received and Understood.' She has also covered topics including conflict resolution, leadership development, mediation, operations and management and communication skills.
