She is proud that the businesses she has led have all thrived through recessions – through a combination of having great teams and great customers – where they understand, value and trust each other.

Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession as a result of winning business without focusing on selling, but rather creating and sustaining long term relationships built on value and trust that are good for both parties. Sales has a poor reputation in the UK, and she wanted to share a business model which achieves results in a way people can be proud of, and which clients appreciate.
