The highlight of his career was obtaining his current position. In the past, there was no process specialist position there and no one had the time to research a lot
of the more complicated problems in the galvanizing process. With the help of the operations director, this position was created and he was given the opportunity to fill that position. Since then, there have been many intriguing problems solved and Mr. Popielski has learned a lot about galvanizing that he would not have learned otherwise.
