Ms. Malinowski graduated second in her law school class with high honors and was admitted to practice law in both Illinois and California. She was invited to be a panelist at the Master of Business Administration Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference at Scottsdale in Arizona in 2005. She received a scholarship of honors from the Kent State University Board.
