What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Taking on senior executive positions within a couple of different firms as the head of quality, reliability and customer satisfaction, which is the position I currently hold as well.
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
The things we worked on actually made tangible improvements that were sustainable based on processes and procedures I put in place so that quality and customer satisfaction improved while costs went down.
Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The highlight of his career was being selected as a judge for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award program by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce in 2008.
