Ms. Lictenberger Roberts set her goal of becoming an executive secretary early in life, and went on to enjoy more than 40 years of accomplishments in her chosen field. She completed the executive secretarial course at Midstate College of Commerce (now Midstate College) in Peoria, IL, and graduated with highest academic honors. She also earned the Alpha Iota Key for having the highest scholastic average in the Alpha Beta Chapter of the Alpha Iota Sorority. A certified professional secretary and consummate professional, she was active in IAAP, for which she served as a delegate and alternate to several international conventions.
