Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
Working with a non-profit organization to help women return to the workplace. This program was designed to teach personal skills, as well as provided on-the-job training to teach professional skills. It was extremely rewarding to be able to share my knowledge with the group, as well as watch the participants graduate from the program.

Mr. Sackett’s passion for human resources is rooted in his belief that his career is not only a job, but a way to help employees improve their skills/knowledge and help them to reach their full potential. With over 16 years of professional experience, he currently serves as the Director of Human Resources with Village Green, a national residential property management and development company, guiding/assisting a staff of four HR representatives in serving the HR needs of over 1200 employees at over 140 properties throughout the country. Prior experiences include increasingly responsible positions within the healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, real estate, and hospitality industries. These professional experiences are augmented by a strong educational background, including a B.S. in Human Resource Management, an M.S. in Human Resource Development, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. He is also an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization.
