Mr. DeVille is a results-oriented financial and operations executive with a comprehensive record of success in manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

He has been recruited for a newly created position to institute a standard financial framework following a period of rapid growth, and has established financial standards, procedures and policies to improve financial stability and profitability. He has developed warehouse labor reporting, and key statistical measures monitoring reports, created ratio analysis, completed bank-borrowing base calculations and covenants reporting.

He has formalized a credit application process and performed credit research and analysis to approve a setup of new customers and assign credit limits. He has established and managed credit hold function, instituted credit insurance over portfolio, enhanced credit management systems features to control A/R and restricted sales outside established parameters.
