The diversified experiences I have been privy to over the past 32 years of my career through traveling, breaking gender stereotypes, training, hard work, and quick advancement.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
He greatest achievement happened in 1990 when she traveled to Port Isabel, TX to a new client site. Only the president and chief financial officer had a computer. The staff had only seen computers on television or in newspaper articles. The entire staff was of Mexican descent and Ms. Bruns could barely speak any Spanish. Luckily, they did speak English. Within 10 days, I had trained the staff on the use of their computers and the entire software application. Back at the office, this installation earned me the title of "Miracle Worker!"
Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The highlight of Ms. Bruns' career was working as a part of a five-man team that wrote a world-class third-party logistics software package that became the number one installed application in North America.
