Overseeing the publishing practices for all company sponsored research published in peer reviewed venues; Managing a department of writers, project managers and editors who work with internal and external authors to develop and submit publications describing research results; Developing company policy and practices to ensure the ethical interaction with authors, journal editors and other external business partners
