He became involved in his profession because he was working with a government contractor after his service in the U.S. Navy, and a friend told him of a position with ABM Industries, Inc.

Mr. Lucas operates a million square feet facility with state of the art automation utilizing a thermal ice storage system as a senior chief engineer for the last three years. He has been with ABM Industries, Inc. for 22 years totally 30 years in the industry including his eight years with the U.S. Navy Seabees. He was a master electrician for the last 23 years.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing all facility operations for five facilities, including air conditioning, heating, plumbing, data, electrical and scheduling in Canada and New York; Managing 14 direct reports; Training facility managers
