Extended Bio Profile:
Edward James has over 18 years of experience as an elevator, escalator and hoist mechanic. He has written safety programs for elevator, hoist and escalator companies that are still in use today. He has completed several OSHA safety training courses. Before starting Anchor Elevator, he was vice-president of Star Elevator for 2 1/2 years. Other mechanic positions he has held have been with Otids Elevator, Montgomery/Kone and Mid-American Elevator. Some of the major accounts he has worked on include: McCormick Place, Navy Pier, Orica, Nisource, NIPSCO, Chicagoland Speedway, Hawthorne Race Course, Comiskey Park, Arie Crown Theater, Chicago Public Schools, Great Lakes Naval Base just to name a few.
