He attributes his success to his good education, good teaching from predecessors and customer service approach to doing business.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because 30 years ago, his father-in-law had a position available, and he said yes. The teaching profession was volatile, so he left it.
Extended Bio Profile:
Thirty years ago, Mr. Samuels was asked by his father-in-law to leave coaching and teaching, and become involved in the family business. Young's Appliances has been operating since 1931, and he has progressed through the business, currently serving as the president, as well as the only family member still involved. Mr. Samuels' biggest accomplishment to date is keeping the business running and competitive during the current economic turmoil. Young's Appliances has earned numerous awards for service and performance within the industry, and is recognized for great customer service and business integrity.

Being fairly involved in marketing, merchandising and administrative duties; Handling financial responsibilities and retail sales
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
