She had always had an interest in law enforcement and technology, so when presented with the opportunity she took advantage of it.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Peck’s employment history consists of more than 30 years of supervision and management, directing the implementation and maintenance of specialized programs with annual budgets of over $4,000,000. She has successfully written extensive grants and deployed major system upgrades. She began my career with the Idaho State Police, Bureau of Criminal Identification in 1991. Her span of responsibility escalated through five promotions until becoming the Bureau Manager in February 2004.
Prior to her career with the State of Idaho, she worked in the private sector.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for the administration and management of all bureau programs, including the state criminal history repository; automated fingerprint identification system; the state applicant background check program; the state’s Public Safety and Security Information System administration and operations, including the training and auditing program; the state central sex offender registration program; the state missing person clearinghouse; the photo program which provides driver’s license photos to law enforcement; and the NIBRS program. Serves at the national level on several boards, committees and task forces.
