Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Jaques hopes to be able to find a way to provide consultation and training to families and children with developmental motor and behavioral issues, as well as to provide presentations on strategies to help children succeed in the school setting.
It would be wonderful if there were programs/ facilities out there where therapists could just see the children, not have all the paperwork, so many more would be helped. There are some in other countries, and it would be similar to free clinics or those with $5-$10 fees for service so families could afford to have their children seen. I would like to be involved with something like that in our area.
