She became involved in her profession because she loves all aspects of teaching nursing. It was a natural progression of her career thus far.

Ms. McAllister has been a registered nurse for 28 years. She loves seeing students succeed, as well as helping faculty members become more educated in order to progress within their own careers.

Overseeing the implementation of nursing education programs at 10 campuses in seven different states; Planning, organizing, supervising and evaluating all nursing services provided in all facilities; Providing excellent leadership and mentoring to nursing staff at all facilities
