Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after working at Kona Community Hospital for 23 years. She then spent two years in marketing. Afterward, she moved on to take a management position at the lab in order to work with technical issues and research the facility's test abilities.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing personnel, including receptionists for physician offices and clinics; Overseeing and staffing different outpatient sites; Ensuring that sites are up to par and meet compliance standards; Overseeing 12 phlebotomists and lab assistants; Processing, packing and shipping all specimens to Oahu; Addressing vehicular issues
