Extended Bio Profile:
As an addition to his contracting business, Mr. Ivy was an electrical and air conditioning contractor. He retired from that profession in 1992 and moved to Cairo, Georgia. He came out of retirement in 1994 and was hired as the building official for the City of Cairo, a position he held for 11 years. He attributes much of his success to his pastor and Scout Master Dr. C.A Raymond. Mr. Ivy sees that the real estate code of ethics is very similar to the boy scout code.
