Paul Kannaley became involved in his profession following his 18-year career in manufacturing and plant management. He is a "big picture" individual who has the unique ability to think strategically coupled with the fortitude to drive action with consistent and measurable results. Paul views Software and IT Services industries as an opportunity rich environment focused on business improvement, whether it is revenue growth, technology/process roll-out integration, organizational development/transformation, business acquistion/integration and/or cost containment.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing the operations for $100 million in consulting services, specifically a $40 million profit and loss subset for the entire business unit; Focusing on enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, supply chain management, product life cycle management enterprise software products, and application software development; raising efficiency and profitability
