Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Bake has served as an advisor for the state technology office. She assisted in the development of rules governing best practices and standards to be applied to the state’s technology infrastructures. She worked with HIPAA, state agency chief information officers and information security managers to help with security and privacy issues. She worked with several aerospace projects, including the Saturn-Apollo aerospace project that included the Apollo 11, which was the United State’s first lunar landing. She also worked on defense projects and research projects for missions to Mars. She worked with the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc. to develop the certified information systems security professional certification and was among the initial group of 300 security professionals who developed it’s exam questions.
