Ms. Adams is extremely engaged in her healthcare business and the community. She belongs to many pharmaceutical, civic and community associations. She has received many awards and is politically involved. She has also testified before the Congress. Ms. Adams works with employees who have been with the company for over 20 years. She was the first women to receive the Wyeth Bowl of Hygeia Pharmaceutical Award. She would like to dedicate an honorable tribute to her mother, Helen L. Littlefield, who is responsible for inspiring her towards pursuing her career. She also always looked up to her father, Winfield S. Adams, as an inspiration that represented honor and integrity. She is also the recipient of an organ transplant through an international organization.
