What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
Mrs. Lasch's ability to operate a company that has always prided themselves on finished projects that satisfy her clientele are what separates her from her peers. They do not make a builder or homeowner wait on them, their job is to wait on the customer. They give each homeowner their own attention and listen to how they want something done if there is a change.

Mrs. Lasch’s family is the most important thing in her life. When she became a parent, her whole world changed and her son Steven is the one person she would give her life for. Mrs. Lasch believes a parent should always put their children first, love them, take care of them and always be there for them. She has very high standards for how to take care of a family because mother and father are the best and they would do anything for her or anyone. Their hearts and the way they raised her are how she is able to do what she does today. She gives so much credit to her father Charles McBride and mother Sue McBride for simply knowing how to take care of five children at a time when it was a hard job to do all the important things that took money and time.

The most gratifying aspect of her career is being a successful woman in a male dominated industry.

She became involved in her profession after working as a part-time helper handing drywall on the weekends and then developing a passion for it.
