Her coaching looks at all eight areas of life – vocation, health, personal development, family/social, spiritual, money, emotional and partner - and can identify which areas need work or improvement. There is a success personality inside all – anyone can achieve a winning combination of traits that will inevitably lead to achievement.
She has spent well over 16 years working with individuals challenged by life, before establishing her own coaching and consulting business, and understands the difficulties of leading a balanced life, overcoming personal challenges and the importance of results focused minds. In five years, Ms. Andino would like to establish her own company and establish her own foundation, where she will serve those who are challenged in certain areas of life. Some of the areas she will direct her attention are in financial empowerment, scholarships for adults returning to school to further their education; felons who have transitioned back into society but no longer qualify for governmental aid to further their education.
