He is separated from his peers by his accent, which adds to his charisma. A challenge for many engineers is communication, but this is not the case for Ms. MacIntyre. His communication abilities are very high, especially as he is able to communicate technical information to executives who may not understand the information or who have a different technical background.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
His greatest career achievement was working on a project called, Water Conserve II; he has worked on this project for 20 years.
