What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
"Up front" planning and scheduling before the execution of the actual design or departure for the inspection trip; also, taking very seriously my responsibility for any questions raised regarding my design calls or drawing details.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Mr. Banga considers his greatest career achieveemnt to be bringing pre-stressed and post-tensioned concrete design and application to an architectural and engineering firm in Santiago, Chile, while employed there in 1966.
Expanded Biography:
Mr. Banga was involved in structural engineering projects in over 12 states during his terms with several engineering firms across the United States. He has also worked in two Canadian provices on projects associated with bridge design and the inspection of projects. He has worked on shorter projects for several Latin American countries, where he utilizes the Spanish language and metric system.

Mr. Banga has been published in 'The Wolverine'. He has a grandson named Austin, and speaks English, Spanish, Latvian and German. His son Geoffrey is a dentist, and his son Ramsey is a construction project manager. His wife Seidy was born in Costa Rica.
