Mr. Fay was motivated to become an attorney after listening to the speech of Senator Taft in the early 1950s. He has won many verdicts and settled more than 100 cases, resulting in multimillion-dollar awards for his clients. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the fourth and ninth circuits.
