He became involved in his profession after starting out in the pharmaceutical industry as a biomedical engineer. He took on projects in facility construction and design, as well as security and all operational aspects of running a facility.

Mr. Albinski was proud to serve as a co-author of "Professionals Enterprise Risk Management, 1st Edition:
A Common Framework for the Entire Organization." In this edition, he wrote a chapter on human capital risk. The book is currently available for purchase through Amazon.
