Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Capozziello started in the print industry at the age of 21 as a receptionist. She has learned this business from the ground up and has held many administrative roles. One of her mentors is Howard Drubner, the former owner of Craftsman Litho. He was very instrumental in contributing to Ms. Capozziello's career. She feels that her entire career has been a great achievement.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing customer service team production planning, administrative functions and scheduling; Overseeing between 25 and 30 people total; Reporting finances monthly; Working with cost-saving initiatives and people; Creating work-life balance; Analyzing work flow and changes; Looking at the whole picture
