He attributes his success to his desire to help others, setting goals to be an astronaut and becoming an airline pilot.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in this profession because when he was working as an airline pilot in 1999, he saw a report about bringing people from overseas to fill positions in the aerospace and high-tech industries because America did not have enough qualified individuals. He then had an idea of how to fix that problem and started his current organization, which trains students to became professionals in the industry.

Mr. Daniels currently works as a captain for United Airlines in the District of Columbia metro area at Washington Dulles Airport.

Overseeing overall operations of the organization; Coordinating with school districts across the country; Recruiting pilots, engineers and scientists to classrooms as role models; Mentoring and tracking students through college
