The highlight of her career is when a seven-year-old foster child wore tap dance shoes, and borrowed a beautiful red dress to do a solo performance at her school for Christmas celebrations. This empowered her to believe in individual potential, to dream and hope for a better tomorrow.

She became involved in her profession because she is very passionate about celebrating others successes, and see people blossom to their fullest potential.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Rao is the owner and founder of SoftSkill Solutions, and co-founder of Canvas Creations, a company that produces films about education, and children's and women's empowerment. She produced, "A Tribute to Golden Life," in India in March. She was a supervisor with the San Luis Obispo Department of Social Services for 13 years. She coached, mentored, trained and supervised. She took personal initiative to train in leadership through the National Management Association. She resigned in January to start SoftSkill Solutions. She is passionate about being a motivational coach, and believes in positive thinking. She has extensive experience in the field of child and family welfare and adoptions.
