Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she has been an athlete and coach her entire life and has always been very good at working with children. This is a way for her to give back to her community.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Working hard to bring more adventure in sports to the local communities at an affordable rate; Working very closely with community organizations to bring sports into the community and to give money; Coordinating surfing camps; Working with a local surfing club with over 600 members, bringing the opportunity to surf to everyone, regardless of age or experience
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. McKay hopes to build her own foundation to give back to children. Her dream is to also be a high school track coach and build a program to offer one-on-one coaching to children over the summer who cannot afford to get it privately.
