Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because in the early-90s, automation looked like a promising career path. With an engineering background from the U.S. Navy, he changed careers from telecommunication to automated manufacturing. He started out as a technician and worked his way up to supervisor twice.
