Ms. Schaffner grew up in Tennessee. Before she moved to California, she attended The University of Tennessee for three years, and she recalls it as a great place to go to school. When she arrived on the West Coast, Ms. Schaffner lived in San Francisco for a year. After she got married, she relocated to Orange County.
