In Missouri and Kansas, she specialized in single-family homes, and in Louisiana she specialized in condominiums. Now based in California, Ms. Christensen recently re-established a business partnership with her friend Mary Kirst, who is also a highly experienced real estate agent. Advertising, listing, and selling together as the "M&M Gals," they specialize in "55+" gated communities. Both women are residents of The Oasis in Menifee, CA, and they frequently show properties in the community, utilizing a golf cart to get around.
