She became involved in her profession because she had an interest in custom design, interactive puzzles of putting operational strategies to work, and seeing the results of best practices.

Ms. Garrigan is an experienced production and sourcing individual with a diverse background in small and large manufacturing environments. She has extensive Asia and Central America sourcing experience including apparel and outdoor backpacks. She feels that her hard work and endeavors to stay current in the field have been huge contributes to her successful career. She advises young women entering the workforce to focus on building their technical and communication skill sets. The organization that has made a huge difference in her life is the Outdoor Industry Women's Coalition.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing soft goods and the sourcing process for packs and wearable hydration overseas, in the military and the U.S.; Handling sourcing development, cost negotiations, business strategies, compliance, training and leadership; Building the company infrastructure in multiple overseas locations, including the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Thailand, Singapore and Central America; Managing the quality assurance team; Training; Planning development
