Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Avram started working for an insurance agency during high school. After graduating with a degree in psychology, she ended up working in insurance again when she was unable to find a job in her field. She then worked for 10 years as an agent and then moved into training and recruiting. For the past 11 years she has owned her own agency. Ms. Avram works with four other women and advises other women that there is no limit to amount of money that can be made when you own your own agency.
