Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession after growing up in Japan, where his father was an automobile executive. While still young, he observed the restructuring of his father's company and it made a very deep impression on him that the right business to be in would be the export of American-made products to the far East.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Ryan taught the course "How to do Business in Asia" at the University of Southern California, from 2002 to 2007. Previously, for seven years, he was the drummer for the band Snakefingers. He speaks fluent Japanese and Indonesian, and has extensive knowledge of these two countries. The motor oil he is exporting is very green, very synthetic, and very good for catalytic converters.

Testing and perfecting new motor oil; Preparing the oil for export to Indonesia
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Mr. Ryan will sell his new motor oil in Indonesia, continue to write music and become a published author.
