Mr. Keyes worked 14 years as a special agent with the Office of Special Investigations for the U.S. Air Force. He conducted both criminal and counter-intelligence investigations in the United States, Korea and Europe. He was also manager with a national company, supervising and conducting both internal and external investigations. He is now retired.
